Since I was a 10% down buyer, we of course lost to a few all-cash offers on premium homes. After three or four such events, one of them lost their second cash offer, and called Wade to see if we were still interested. Wade notified me immediately and got us under contract before morning. He is a kind and generous person, and I am pleased to call him my friend. I give him my highest recommendation.

Wade was amazing. We had to sell our house in a hurry to move into an new community. We were given 3 weeks to get our house into escrow in order to save the property we wanted. Wade helped us with some of the painting and dedicated his time to our property to get it sold. He held open houses every weekend, sometimes on Saturday and Sunday and he kept us updated daily on the progress and interest. I would not use any other realtor after working with him and his group.
